Deer Processing - All Year Long

Illinois DNR requires us to have your permit number and confirmation number to process any and all deer.  We cannont accept or  process any deer without the permit AND confirmation numbers.   By Law, the permit number and confirmation number must stay with your deer at all times, including transportation to your freezer.

 

 

Your deer must be picked up No Later than10 days from the pick up date identified on your ticket, otherwise a $50 freezer storage fee will apply.

Were you successful this year with harvesting a deer?   Bring it to Wenneman, and we'll process it however you like.   Wenneman has won several awards for its deer smokies and summer sausages.   Bring your legally harvested deer in field dressed, skinned or even boned out and you can choose from our vast list of venison items.   Wenneman also sells seasonings, pork and casings for those who wish to make their own deer products at home.
